Jib Hoist Crane

BZ type jib crane consists of a column, a variable section arm, a slewing bearing drive, and an electric hoist or winch. The jib crane is fixed on the concrete foundation by the base anchor bolt, and the motor drives the reducer gear to mesh with the slewing bearing to drive the cantilever rotation, and the electric hoist or the hoisting machine performs the round-trip operation on the sealing arm steel beam.

1.The structure is simple, the operation is convenient, the occupied space is small, and the working range is large;

2. When the plant has the same space height, the effective height of the low headroom height is selected;

3. The lifting mechanism adopts electric chain hoist and two-speed control; (recommended configuration)

4. The trolley runs standard with single speed or non-standard two speed control;

5. Rotary mode: manual / electric rotation;

6. Rotation angle: 360 degrees of rotation (infinite rotation);

7. The slewing mechanism is equipped with a cycloid reducer as standard;

8. The trolley is electrically conductive with a flat cable pulley, which has good electrical conductivity and less durable faults;
