1) The steel structure (main beam, end beam and legs) materials are all made of Q235-B, and the materials used have mill certificates.

2) The manufacturing, welding and inspection of steel structures are carried out in accordance with ISO standards. Important stressed butt welding adopt double-sided groove welding process, and carry out visual inspection and non-destructive testing according to regulations, and all welders hold corresponding grade certificates.

3) All crane main beams adopt the whole plate without butt welding process, cancel the butt weld of the main beam steel plate, and eliminate the hidden danger of steel plate butt welding. (Steel plate butt welding is the most important welding, and it is the part with the most hidden quality hazards)

4) All plates are automatically unloaded by CNC cutting machine, and the main beam arch is preset to avoid the problem of deflection of the arch of the traditional fire baking main beam.

5) The steel surface is shot blasted, and its surface roughness is hit to the Sa2.5 level which improves paint adhesion and the painting is not easy to be peeled off.

6) The longitudinal waist weld of the main beam adopts advanced automatic special ambush welding equipment, which is beautiful in forming and ensures the welding quality as the same time.

7) The ground beam is made of rectangular pipe as a whole, no splicing, no weld, good appearance, strong and durable.
8) The wheel installation adopts boring type installation to avoid the wheel tread surface is not in the same horizontal plane and improve the wheel running accuracy.
