Transfer Cart
The Transfer Cart is also known as AGV. It is an industrial handling device powered by batteries, without the need for fixed tracks, and equipped with autonomous navigation and intelligent control capabilities. It is widely used for material transfer in workshops, warehouses, and other scenarios. It can be manually controlled (start/stop/turn) through a wired handle or wireless remote control.
Kinocranes Transfer Cart is equipped with a 48V large-capacity battery pack (lead-acid/battery) which supports a 5-8 hour runtime. With a full load, the runtime is approximately 4-6 hours. It automatically slows down when turning, increases torque when climbing, and optimizes power when moving straight, achieving a balance between safety and energy efficiency.
Strong Carrying Capacity
The design of the flatbed truck focuses on structural strength. The frame is made of high-strength steel and is welded together. It can carry a maximum load of over 1,000 tons.

The low center of gravity design, anti-rollover frame and electromagnetic braking system ensure the stability during turning and climbing when carrying heavy loads.
Operational Flexibility And Easy
Supports line control handle, wireless remote control, free steering. The trackless flatbed truck does not require laying tracks and is suitable for narrow warehouse aisles or non-linear paths.
Energy Conservation
Power supply is provided by batteries or low-voltage tracks, with zero emissions and low noise (<75dB). It complies with the requirements of cleanroom and environmental protection.

Two motors are independently controlled for the left and right wheels, enabling 360° steering or figure-eight steering.

The battery transfer flatbed is an electrically-powered transportation equipment powered by batteries and does not require external tracks or cables. It is specifically designed for the transfer of heavy materials in scenarios such as factories, warehouses, and ports.
Heavy Duty AGV Transfer Cart
It is mainly used for the transportation of heavy materials in industrial environments, featuring high automation level and large carrying capacity. The vehicle body adopts a high-strength alloy steel box structure, equipped with quenched cast steel wheel sets, with the bending strength increased by 30%, and the safety factor of the frame reaching 150%.
Coil Transfer Cart
The Coil transfer cart is a special handling equipment specially designed for transporting heavy coils (such as steel coils and aluminum coils). It is widely used in steel mills, metallurgy, papermaking and other industries. The tabletop is equipped with V-shaped or U-shaped saddle seats to increase friction and prevent the steel coils from rolling.
Rail transfer cart
The rail transfer cart is an electric transportation equipment that runs on fixed tracks. It is widely used for heavy material handling in factories, warehouses, ports and other scenarios. It supports wireless remote control and variable frequency speed regulation, and can be optionally equipped with laser obstacle avoidance.
