Specifications and Gear Ratio

The reducer's gear ratio is generally nominal, with actual gear transmission plans having a deviation of no more than 5%, ensuring stable transmission performance.

High Noise Control Standards

Our reducers have precision-processed main components, with noise levels not exceeding 85dB, in compliance with the "Environmental Noise Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China."

Motor and Braking System

The three-phase motor operates at 380V, 50HZ, with a braking voltage of 380V, protection level IP55, and high insulation grade, supporting manual release handle and customization for higher requirements.

 

 

Maintenance Recommendations

After the initial use, change the lubricant after 200-300 hours of operation, and regularly check the oil quality to ensure normal operation.

Oil changes should be performed when the reducer has cooled to a slightly warm state after use.

If the oil temperature exceeds 100℃ or abnormal noise occurs, stop using immediately and check for faults.
