The electrolytic aluminum multifunctionaloverhead crane is a key piece of equipment in the production of large prebaked anodes, capable of operating in harsh environments with high temperatures, large currents, strong magnetic fields, dust, and HF fumes. This system consists of a trolley running mechanism, bridge frame, tool trolley, aluminum output trolley, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and an electrical control system.

TheMultifunctional overhead Crane for Electrolytic Aluminum can perform the following operations in the prebaked anode electrolytic cell:
Shell Breaking: Open the electrolyte shell and add alumina and fluoride salts to the electrolytic cell.
Charging: Add alumina and fluoride salts to the electrolytic cell.
Anode Replacement: Unscrew and lift the spiral clamp to remove the residual anode and replace it with a new one.
Slag Removal: Use the slag removal mechanism to handle electrolyte blocks.
Aluminum Output: Vacuum extraction, aluminum output, lifting, and measurement (single package and cumulative), with printing implementation.
Anode Busbar Lifting: Lift the anode busbar frame.
Maintenance: Complete the installation and maintenance of the upper structure and lower shell of the electrolytic cell to ensure long-term stable operation.
Product Composition
The core of the system is the tool trolley, which consists of a trolley running mechanism, trolley frame, tool rotation mechanism, shell breaking mechanism, anode replacement mechanism, slag removal mechanism, material discharge mechanism, and driver's cabin rotation mechanism. The entire machine uses variable frequency and PLC control, with flexible operation modes that can be controlled from the control room or via remote control, allowing for mutual coordination or independent control.
