Reason:
1) The brake pads are too tight
Brake pads will become looser with use after wear and use. If you perform maintenance and adjustment of the brake pads directly without testing, the distance between the brake pads will be abnormal.
2) Fatigue operation of internal parts of electric hoist
Internal components are constantly running and heated, and are affected by other components, which may cause other components to malfunction.
3) The transmission parts of the electric hoist are obstructed;
4) The temperature of the electric hoist is too high or the load is high
High-load operation of the electric hoist will cause the brake pads to loosen-tighten and loosen-tighten, causing fatigue of the brake pads.
Solution:
1. Adjust the brake pads
2. Reduce work intensity
3. Repair electric hoist transmission parts
