Operation Notice for Crane
1. There should be a full-time staff to operate the crane.
2. The side of the crane must be marked with the maximum lifting capacity, span, working level and manufacturer's sign.
3. When the crane is working, except for maneuvering outside, the rest of the place is not allowed to stand.
4. When monitoring or repairing on a crane, the crane must be powered off.
5. When the crane is running without heavy objects, the hook is 2.5 meters away from the ground (that is, the height of more than one person).
6. It is strictly forbidden for cranes to carry heavy loads. Heavy objects crossed over the head.
7. When the crane is running with heavy objects, the lowest point of the weight is at least 0.5 m away from the highest obstacle on the heavy-duty operation line.
8. It is strictly forbidden to transport or lift personnel with hooks.
9. It is forbidden to throw items from the crane by any means.
10. Tools, spare parts, fasteners, sundries, etc. must be stored in a special box. It is forbidden to be placed on the crane casually to avoid personal or damaged equipment accidents when the objects fall.
11. When lifting liquid metal, harmful liquids and important articles, no matter how much weight, you must first raise the weight from 150 to 200 mm from the ground, and verify the reliability of the brakes before starting normal lifting work.
12. It is forbidden to store flammable items (such as kerosene) on the crane and do the fire prevention work on the crane.
13. Open-air cranes stop working when the wind is greater than six.
14. When the open-air crane is not working, it is necessary to try to fix the crane reliably (such as the hook hanging on the ground anchor, the inclined iron at the wheel, etc.) to prevent the crane from being accidentally caught by the wind.
15. The crane must be regularly inspected for safety, including static and dynamic loads on the crane using the test load, and the results are stored in the equipment file.
