Bridge crane is a common lifting equipment, mainly used for cargo loading, unloading and transportation operations in factories, warehouses, docks and other places. Bridge cranes can be divided into two major categories:
1. Single Girder Overhead Crane
A main beam supports the operation and lifting device of the crane, and is suitable for simple lifting operations of light cargo. Single girder bridge cranes have a simple structure, are easy to install and maintain, and are mostly light duty overhead crane. Single girder bridge machines can be divided into LDA, LDC, LDP, and LX according to different functional structures.
(1) LDA-electric single girder overhead crane
The LDA electric single girder bridge crane is a rail-operated light and small crane used in conjunction with the CD1 or MD1 electric hoist. Mainly used for loading and unloading work in machinery manufacturing, assembly workshops, warehouses, etc.
(2) LDC-low clearance single girder overhead crane
Low headroom single girder overhead crane is a type of lifting equipment commonly used at industrial production sites. Its "low headroom" specifically refers to its design structure that allows the crane to operate under lower ceiling spaces, making it suitable for places with limited height.
(3) LDP-side-mounted low headroom single girder overhead crane
The LDP electric single girder bridge crane is an ultra-low headroom light lifting equipment. Its electric hoist is located on one side of the main beam, which can increase the use space of the hook and reduce costs. In addition, it has the advantages of large wheelbase, smooth driving, compact structure, strong rigidity, sensitive operation, low noise, safety and reliability, and beautiful appearance. This kind of crane is widely used in situations where the workshop clearance height is low and the operating environment temperature is between 25°C and +40°C.
(4) LX-single girder suspension overhead crane
LX single girder suspension overhead crane is one kind of light duty crane, it runs under H steel rail. It is designed and made by reasonable structure and higher strength steel. Its advantages of simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance, and high operating efficiency make it an indispensable material handling tool in factories, warehouses and other places.
2. Double Girder Overhead Crane
The operation and lifting device of the crane are supported by two main beams, which can carry larger lifting loads and more complex operating tasks. Double-girder bridge cranes are usually used in large factories and docks. They are more efficient in hoisting and handling heavy goods, and are mostly heavy duty overhead crane.
