1.2 For the erection of the crane, the installation and erection plan should be designed according to the capacity of the crane equipment. The general erection sequence is: cart running mechanism - outriggers - Main beam-end beam-saddle-trolley.
1.3 Check the installation quality of the track strictly according to the following requirements before erection, and record the actual measurement results in the equipment file card.
1.4 The joints of the track can be straight or beveled at a 45° angle. The beveled joints can make the wheels transition smoothly at the joints.
2. Installation of the CT
2.1 The installation combination of the trolley is generally installed in the factory, and after a trial run, it is sent to the user unit, and after a little adjustment to eliminate the transportation after deformation, it can be placed on the door frame.
2.2 The trolleys transported separately due to various reasons shall be reassembled and fastened according to the technical requirements in the drawing (see random drawing). reassembled car, it should be checked whether the size of the trolley wheels meets the technical requirements.
3. Installation of the LT

3.1 Detection Criteria
When detecting the span, horizontal and oblique vertical deviation of the wheel, the outside of the wheel (usually processed with a groove mark) should be used as the basis.
3.2 Detect the horizontal deviation of the wheel
When the structure of the wheel is installed by boring, the tangent value of the skew Angle of the wheel axis should not be greater than the relevant provisions.
When the angular bearing box structure is used, the wheel deflection is controlled by measuring the wheel end face, and the crane and trolley with four wheels should not be greater than the relevant provisions, but the deflection direction of the same axis should be opposite.
3.3 Alignment difference of wheels under the same lower beam
When two wheels, should not be greater than 2mm, three or more, should not be greater than 3mm, the same balance beam should not be greater than 1mm.
4. Installation of electrical equipment
4.1 The installation of electrical equipment and the laying of wires shall be carried out according to the electrical schematic diagram, distribution diagram and general drawing of electrical equipment provided with the machine.
4.2 Before installation, you should be familiar with the above electrical drawings and technical conditions in detail, and understand the interaction and operation principle of each component, in order to quickly deal with the problems that occur during installation and test.
4.3 All electrical equipment and components should be cleaned and checked before installation. All electrical equipment and components should be free of defects, flexible operation, no jamming and loosening. The models, specifications and closing order of the contacts of the electrical equipment and components must conform to the drawings. What needs to be adjusted shall be adjusted according to the drawings.
4.4 Check the insulation performance of electric components such as motors, hydraulic brakes, carbon brushes, contactors, relays, resistors, etc., and measure their insulation resistance with a megohm meter. If the insulation resistance is lower than 0.5 megohm, it should be dried, and it can be installed and used after passing the inspection.
4.5 Check the pressure between the motor carbon brush and the slip ring. All the carbon brush pressures of a motor must be the same. The carbon brush should be in full contact with the slip ring, and its edge should not be rounded when grinding the carbon brush.
