You can use filtered dry compressed air to dry, or use a dryer to dry. In addition, under simple conditions, the bearing can also be dried with cotton cloth.
(2) Apply proper antirust oil (isolating air) on a clean basis with antirust oil, and the most appropriate application method will be selected according to the use and size of the single girder crane. The methods for coating antirust oil are as follows: 1. Soaking method: for smaller ones, they can be dipped in antirust grease to make the grease adhere to the bearing surface, thus playing a protective role. The thickness of the oil film can be adjusted according to the actual situation; 2. Spray method: For large cranes, spray method will be more suitable and convenient. It is suitable for solvent diluted antirust oil or thin antirust oil, but perfect fire prevention and labor protection measures must be taken for safety protection.
