
1. Rail: The top is made into a convex shape, and the bottom is a flat plate with a certain width to increase the contact surface with the foundation. It is currently widely used; specifications are usually Q120, Q160, Q235, etc.

2. Channel steel: The load-bearing capacity is not as good as that of rails and I-beams, and the specifications are usually C, U, etc.
3. I-beam: It has high bending strength and torsion strength. The specifications of I-beams are usually IPE, INP, IPB, etc.
The installation of bridge crane trolley tracks must comply with the following standards:
1. The relative elevation deviation of the two tracks is <10mm, measured with a level.
2. Track longitudinal inclination 1/1500.
3. The height deviation at the track joint is <1mm. Use a steel ruler and feeler gauge to measure.
4. The track joint is misaligned left and right, and the deviation is <1mm. Use a steel ruler and feeler gauge to measure.
5. The joints of two parallel tracks are wrong. The opening is ≥500mm. Use a steel tape measure to measure.
6. Track span deviation S≤10m, △S=±3mm; S>10m, △S= ± [3+0.25(S-10)]mm, maximum ≤15mm, measuring at the same height, on the outer side of one side of the guide rail , the distance from the outer side of the guide rail on the other side, measured three times and averaged.
7. The track joint gap is usually 1-2mm; in areas with a temperature difference of 20°C or when installed in winter, it is 4-6mm. Use a feeler gauge to measure the direct joint or 45° angled joint.
8. Torsion ≤1.5mm.
9. Track bending deviation ≤ 3mm.
10. The deviation between the actual center line of the track and the actual center line of the beam is ≤10mm and less than 50% of the thickness of the beam web. Use a steel tape measure to measure.
11. The amount of wear on the top surface and side of the rail (one side) ≤ 3mm.
12. When small transverse cracks occur in the track, use fishplates to connect them. There are generally 4-6 fishplate connecting bolts. Longitudinal cracks and oblique cracks will be scrapped.
