Electric Telescopic Rotation Spreader
I. Product Profile
The container spreader consists of a rotating hanger, a fixed frame and a telescopic beam. The overall steel structure of the spreader is made of Q345B, which has strong load-bearing capacity and light weight. The telescopic action of the spreader is realized by the reduction motor drive chain transmission. When the telescopic beam reaches the 20ft or 40ft position, the limit switch sends a signal and cuts off the power of the reduction motor to stop the telescopic movement. At this time, the telescopic length of the spreader is displayed. There is a set of tensioning devices and buffer devices on both sides of the telescopic transmission chain. It enables the transmission chain to absorb part of the impact energy from the expansion and contraction direction.

III. Advantages
1. The rotation angle is ±200º (the user can set the angle by himself). It is light and stable during rotation, and the rotation speed is about 1r/min.
2. The translation function can achieve an alignment range of ±1200mm to balance the eccentric load of the container.
3. Adopt movable guide plate device to help accurate box alignment.
