Structure: The rail-mounted container gantry crane consists of the main beam, rigid and flexible legs, trolley, lifting mechanism, crane travel mechanism, electrical system, and operator cabin. Based on the stacking process, the crane can extend a cantilever on a single leg direction or double leg direction to form a single-cantilever or double-cantilever model, or it can be a non-cantilever model without any extension. Different structural forms, such as non-cantilever, single-cantilever, and double-cantilever, are determined based on the site, container storage and transportation process, and the vehicles being loaded and unloaded (container trucks or railway vehicles).
