80 Ton Gantry Crane

Rail mounted ground rail gantry crane (RMG) is a kind of rail mounted crane used to offload, stack and load 20ft, 40ft, 45ft ISO standard containers. Its provision of power is offered by cable reel. The crane contains three mechanisms: hoisting, trolley travelling and gantry travelling. The trolley running along the track mounted on gantry beam is capable to serve among legs. The crane is able to make straight movement along rails.

Container gantry adopts a portal structure, consisting of two columns and beams, which can provide stable support and load-bearing capacity. The container gantry crane is equipped with a hoisting mechanism and a traveling mechanism. The hoisting mechanism and wire rope are used to lift and lower the container, and it has the ability to move horizontally. They are widely used in ports, logistics warehousing, freight stations and other places to efficiently load and unload containers and improve work efficiency and safety. The operation of the container gantry crane can be controlled manually or automatically through the control system. They are important equipment in the field of container logistics, helping to speed up the flow of goods and improve logistics efficiency.
