Telescopic Electromagnetic Hanging Beam Sent To Bangladesh
This telescopic electromagnetic hanging beam produced by KINOCRANES was sent to one of the largest steel mills in Bangladesh to solve the problem of rebar transportation for them.
The customer's existing equipment uses Demag products. We modified and re-produced the plan according to the customer's existing drawings and site conditions. The motor is the German Lenze brand designated by the customer. We confirmed many details with our technology in the middle, and finally confirmed the plan to meet the needs of the customer.
The electromagnetic loading beam crane is mainly composed of a loading beam, an electromagnet, a hook, etc.. And the distance between the electromagnets can be adjusted as required. The orientation of the electromagnetic loading beam can be adjusted to be perpendicular to the main beam or parallel to the main beam.
If it is used with a bridge crane, there are two ways:
Upper rotating electromagnetic carrier-beam overhead crane
Lower rotating telescopic electromagnetic carrier-beam overhead crane
